When do my 30 days start?
Your gallery's 30-day client window starts when you publish it, not when you create or upload to a draft.
Does creating a draft use a credit?
No. A credit is used only when you publish a gallery.
Does republishing use another credit?
No. Republishing an existing gallery does not use another credit.
How long are credits valid?
Credits remain valid for 24 months from purchase.
What happens after 30 days?
The gallery becomes unavailable to clients. Paid galleries have a 15-day recovery period before deletion; your free gallery has a 7-day recovery period.
Do couples need an account?
No. They simply open the gallery link you send them.
Can I use my branding?
Yes. Add your creator logo and colors to the gallery experience.
Is Wedulo subscription based?
